After you purchase the 120'x40' lot in our scenic Montana location, we manage vacation reservations throughout the year and split the proceeds with you, the Owner.

Naturally, you can reserve for your own use free of charge, anytime.

A General Store, Wifi Access, Showers and Facilities, Laundromat, Equipment Rental, and RV hookups for water/electricity/sewage are all part of the included Amenities for each reservation made through our online subscription service.

Stargazing, exploring nearby ghost towns, hiking, wildlife photography,  off-roading, mountain biking, with restaurants and civilization within 25 miles.

Using our online subscription platform, clients reserve and pay annually for use of 120 lots throughout the year.  Your one-time payment of $3000 buys ownership and 50% of generated net revenue per purchased lot, per year, forever.
